  • Dublin Chamber Leadership Dublin Executive Program

Registration for the Leadership Dublin Class of 2025 is now open. Click here to join!

The Dublin Chamber of Commerce is now taking applications for the eight-month executive program, which helps elevate the future leaders of industry and our community. Participants expand their knowledge of the Dublin area and connect with others looking to take their career and organization to the next level. They will learn to collaborate with a broad cross-section of aspiring leaders to consider opportunities and develop solutions to challenges, which can then be applied to your organization.

Leadership Dublin connects participants to all facets of the Dublin community. Members of the class of 2025 will gain:

    Develop:
Enhance your leadership skills through a variety of sessions designed for seasoned professionals. You'll dive into topics like board stewardship, ethical decision-making, building team dynamics, and identifying personal leadership strengths.

    Connect:
Build valuable relationships with fellow participants, state, county, and local elected officials, and area business executives. These connections will broaden your network and open doors to new opportunities and partnerships.

    Engage:
Immerse yourself in small-group community projects for hands-on experiences and deep conversations with community leaders. Gain a unique perspective on the inner workings of Dublin by touring key locations such as:

Washington Township and Dublin’s Justice Center: Learn about local governance and public safety operations.
Dublin City Schools: Discover the educational strategies and systems that make our schools exceptional.
City Facilities: Understand how various city departments collaborate to keep Dublin running smoothly.

"Participating in Leadership Dublin was an exceptional experience. The program offered deep insights into the city and valuable opportunities for professional development. What I learned had an immediate impact, translating directly into improved work habits and a more dynamic approach to my professional environment. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking to broaden their understanding, connect with others, and enhance their leadership skills."
    - Casey Kirk, City of Dublin

"As a resident and someone who works in our school system, the Leadership Dublin Program reinforced that we live in both a forward thinking and exceptional community. The program provided broad exposure to the many facets of leadership that go on within the city from Non Profit Board participation, to volunteerism, to the roles and responsibilities of our local and state elected officials. Finally, Leadership Dublin affords participants the opportunity to collaborate with, learn from and serve alongside a diverse cohort of professionals from across the city with the goal of building both leadership capacity and civic engagement."
    - Michael Blake, Dublin City Schools

"Leadership Dublin afford me the opportunity to learn more about the innerworkings of the city, connect with city leaders, and work with a group of peers to provide input to help a local non-profit (in my group’s case, LiFEsports) overcome some of the barriers keeping them from achieving their goals. Throughout the course I learned more about myself as a leader and identified leadership traits I would like to embrace as I continue to grow in my career. All in in all, I found it to be a wonderful experience that I would recommend to Dublin professionals looking for an opportunity to take the next step in the professional development."
    - Laura Fagert, orthopedic ONE

    Group Community Projects
As part of the program curriculum, participants will break into smaller groups and work on a community project. The group community project is an opportunity to gain insight and understanding of issues facing volunteer leadership and to leverage your new leadership capabilities to deliver a successful project that increases the well-being of our community.

    Community Service Day
One of this group's flagship projects was Community Service Day, which brings volunteers of all ages together to help senior citizens, non-profit organizations and residents in need with spring clean up and outdoor projects. This event is typically held the first Saturday in May.

This program runs from October through May. The enrollment fee is $1,600 per student for members and $1,800 per student for non-members.

Throughout the eight month program, you’ll meet tons of people within the community, expanding your network and fostering relationships that will last a lifetime. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to grow personally, connect with influential figures, and engage with the heart of Dublin.
