DUBLIN, Ohio — From emergency to preventive care, there will soon be an option for residents in the suburbs of northwest Columbus.  Work is underway on Mount Carmel Dublin, which is a 60-bed hospital on Emerald Parkway. The new Dublin Campus of Mount Carmel is due to open in April. The facility is a $250 million investment with an estimated 300 full-time employees.
