The Dublin Chamber Cares and Encourages You to Support Local and Give Local
Dublin is a great place to live and work because our community comes together to support one another. If you are looking for ways that you can make a difference in Dublin, we’ve listed a few organizations below that are doing great things to support members of our community.
Dublin Chamber Civic Foundation
The Dublin Chamber Civic Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created for charitable, educational and social welfare purposes. The Chamber’s Foundation has recognized nearly 3,000 Dublin City Schools students and staff, and has awarded more than $75,000 in scholarships and support. To make a donation, call 614-889-2001 or email info@DublinChamber.org.
Dublin Community Foundation
The Dublin Community Foundation has established The Dublin Has Heart Fund in response to the COVID-19 crisis. The Fund was created through the Foundation’s General Fund as well as a previous gift from IGS Energy. To learn more, or to make a donation visit www.dublinfoundation.org/dublin-has-heart-fund.
Dublin Food Pantry
The Dublin Food Pantry gratefully relies on volunteers as well as monetary and food donations, and that is especially true during this Post-COVID world. The needs of our community are growing, and if you are able to contribute to help feed those in need, please help by making a donation at www.dublinfoodpantry.org/help-us.
Dublin Neighborhood Bridges
Dublin Neighborhood Bridges is a charitable organization that uses technology and social media to advocate for children and families in need and then engages the community via a "campaign for kindness" to fill those needs. Neighborhood Bridges is about bridging all community resources to drive direct support and care to remove barriers for children/families in need. To make a donation, visit www.neighborhoodbridges.org/community/dublin-oh.
One Dublin is a volunteer organization that helps families meet basic needs in the Dublin City School District. Many families in our community are temporarily in need because of job loss, underemployment, a health crisis, or other challenges. Syntero’s mission is to advocate and support the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities by providing professional, compassionate behavioral health and social services that adapt to the changing needs of the community. To find out how you can help, visit www.syntero.org.
American Cancer Society
Transportation is key to cancer care. For cancer patients that cannot drive themselves or don’t have no other means of getting to their treatment, the American Cancer Society’s Road To Recovery® volunteers donate their spare time to give cancer patients a much-needed lift. Volunteers determine their own schedule based on availability and preference. To learn more, visit www.cancer.org/involved/volunteer/sign-up-to-volunteer.html.
