  • Business Development Representative

    Overview
    Perform sales responsibilities.

    The Business Development Representative reports to the Business Development Manager and CEO. This person facilitates the business development workflow to help increase the bandwidth and efficiency of the Sales Team. The Business Development Representative will work with the sales team, account managers and technical staff to learn the EasyIT sales process and upon training, complete the fully sales cycle independently.

    The Business Development Representative will also be responsible for marketing action items under the guidance of the Business Development Manager. This person will assist with EasyIT brand promotion through social media postings, event planning/coordination, and prospecting campaigns.

    • Duties
    • Collaborate with the sales team to help them develop high quality quotes and proposal presentations to gain customer approval
    • Revise proposals based on clear understanding of customer feedback
    • Monitor our sales opportunity tracking system/process
    • Attend prospecting meetings and assist the sales team with follow up items
    • Manage the sales queue for quotes and proposals
    • Assist with generating proposals for prospective clients
    • Track and follow-up on sales opportunities
    • Track and follow-up on marketing generated leads
    • Assist in the vision for EasyIT marketing material
    • Perform various marketing tasks such as handwritten letters and gift drop-offs
    • Analyze marketing data and create actionable items
    • Coordinate and attend EasyIT networking events
    • Organize / Schedule appointments for the sales team
    • Collaborate with the sales team on creative ways to prospect
    • Learn the EasyIT sales process
    • Skills & Qualifications
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
    • Technology literate /a passion to learn and grow in the IT field
    • Attention to detail
    • Written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrate prior relevant work experience
    • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques

    Pay: $60,000.00 per year
