NomaEn Will Open in the Former Oscar's Site in Historic Dublin Next Year

Japanese restaurant and lounge taking former Oscar's space in Historic Dublin

NomaEn is preparing to bring a new Japanese dining concept to Historic Dublin, taking over the former Oscar’s Restaurant & Bar space at 84 N. High St.

The upcoming concept is expected to open next spring, bringing an omakase-focused experience and members-only lounge to one of Downtown Dublin‘s most recognizable restaurant locations. Oscar’s occupied the space for more than three decades before closing in early 2024.

Unlike a traditional restaurant, NomaEn is being developed as a boutique dining destination centered around a 10-seat omakase bar led by Chef Taishi Noma.

The concept will also feature The Den, an upscale members-only lounge designed to provide a refined social and dining experience.

Membership applications for The Den are already being accepted through the company’s website as anticipation builds for the concept’s debut.
