Tolles Earns 5-Star Rating on Ohio Report Card
September 22, 2025PLAIN CITY, OHIO — The Ohio Department of Education has released the 2025 School District Report Cards, and Tolles Career & Technical Center earned an overall 5-star rating while meeting all nine federal indicators with 100 percent compliance.
Tolles received top marks across key areas:
● Career & Post-Secondary Readiness – 5 Stars 110.4 percent performance, significantly exceeding state standards.
● Graduation Rate – 5 Stars 97.8 percent of students graduate in four years and 98.7 percent in five years, both well above state standards.
● Post-Program Outcomes – 5 Stars 92.2 percent post-program placement with a 96 percent status-known rate, significantly exceeding state standards. In addition, 65 percent of Tolles students continue their education at a postsecondary institution.
● Achievement – 4 Stars Exceeds state standards in technical and academic achievement with an 86.7 percent technical skill attainment rate and a 71.8 percent performance index.
“This report reflects the dedication of our students, faculty and staff,” Superintendent Dr. Todd Hoadley said. “It shows that Tolles students are graduating prepared for college, career and life.”
About Tolles Career & Technical Center Founded in 1971 and named after its first superintendent, Harry E. Tolles, Tolles Career & Technical Center serves more than 1,300 students in the 2025–26 school year from seven partner districts: Dublin, Fairbanks, Hilliard, Jonathan Alder, London, Madison-Plains, and Jefferson Local. In addition to its high school programs, Tolles offers adult and continuing education in areas such as public safety, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing. With a 95 percent graduation rate and 97 percent placement rate, Tolles continues its 50-year mission of preparing learners for college, careers, and life.
