Dublin Chamber Helps Eligible Employers Save on Workers’ Compensation Premiums
November 02, 2026As November enrollment deadlines approach, Chamber members can request a free savings analysis from Sedgwick.
The Dublin Chamber of Commerce encourages members to explore potential savings on their Ohio workers’ compensation premiums through its Group Experience Rating Program. Sedgwick administers the Chamber’s program and offers members a free, no-obligation savings analysis.Group experience rating allows eligible public and private employers with favorable claims histories to join a group of similar employers. The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) uses the group’s combined claims history to calculate a rate, which can lower premiums for participating employers. Employers continue to receive workers’ compensation coverage through BWC.
Who Can Qualify?
To qualify, employers must meet BWC requirements, including the following:
-
Stay current on BWC payments and any payment plan.
-
Have no more than 40 total days of lapsed coverage in the past 12 months.
-
Report actual payroll for the prior policy year and pay any remaining premium due.
-
Participate in only one group experience rating program.
