View Personal BioLisa PricherBody Performance is a women only strength training and wellness program. We offer small group classes, personal training, wellness and nutrition coaching, and online fitness programs. We are a program created by women for women. Our strength is coaching women, wherever they are starting on their fitness path, in a group setting. Building a fitness family creates accountability and courage to push beyond our own expectations. Each class is limited to 8 clients, allowing our Coaches to individual scale each workout to the client.
