Join us for the 2024 Dublin Job, Career and Internship Fair presented by Dublin City Schools and the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. This job, career and internship fair will provide an ideal environment to connect businesses and eager job seekers for positions and internships. Last year, over 800 high school students attended this event! Businesses will have the opportunity to share information about part-time, seasonal, and full-time work, as well as paid or unpaid internships.
There is no cost for your business to attend this event, but we ask that you bring two (2) $25 gift cards. We will collect the gift cards when you check in at the event. Complimentary bottled water will be supplied while supplies last.
To reserve a free table for your company, please register NO later than March 15.
Set-up Details:Vendors may arrive to set up for the event starting at 10:00 a.m. When you arrive at Scioto High School, enter the parking lot at the traffic light. Please park in the student lot, which is located on the northeast end of the building and closest to the football stadium. Feel free to pull up and unload your vehicle then park.Upon arrival, enter the building at Door #18. Please check in at the registration table which is located near Door 18. Upon checking in you will be directed to your table, and provided with a small sign which will help our students identify three things about your organization: Name of Business and Hiring Age and whether you are hiring for part-time seasonal work, a full-time career opportunity or an internship. Please plan to bring with you:- any materials you'd like to share with prospective employees- a tablecloth long enough to cover an 8-foot table (some are 8 ft, some are 6 ft)- applications and pens- extension cord with surge protector if you requested access to power
NOTE: No food should be distributed due to food allergies. Finally, please remember that school will be in session during this event. For obvious security reasons, your visit to Scioto High School is limited to the Auxiliary Gym and the adjacent rest rooms.
Additionally, there is the opportunity for businesses to reach our students any time a new position becomes available. Schoolinks provides you the platform to promote opportunities directly to our students on an as needed basis, rather than waiting for our annual Job Fair. Here is a link for information about how to register your company with Schoolinks to best maximize your exposure to potential student applicants. If you have any questions specifically regarding Schoolinks or this opportunity, please contact Jenny Richardson via email at richardson_jenny@dublinschools.net or by phone at 614-760-4388.
We thank you for your partnership and look forward to working with you!
