Turning a Contact-Free World Into An Opportunity for Your Business
Safety is a top priority for all of us now. Recent studies show that nearly half of all Americans remain worried about the health of their family, and it’s continuing to affect how they shop, eat and much more.
From all perspectives – as individuals, consumers, employees and business owners – reducing the number of physical interactions that we have with one another is a priority, becoming a new way of life.
As business owners, this specific shift in human desires and preferences represents several challenges. A situation requiring strategic planning. If properly executed, an opportunity.
One of the surface challenges is that going contactless is the exact opposite of what our focus, and where our energy and strategic direction also needs to be. Now more than ever, remaining IN contact with our audience is critical to the health of our businesses.
