About the presenter:
Kayln Bartley is the director of Global Talent management, where she is responsible for the talent strategy for the pharmaceutical business segment, Performance management, and enterprise supply chain talent.  

Kayln has been with Cardinal for 10 years here she has held various roles within the HR function including  HR Business Partner roles supporting Finance and Sourcing in Dublin, OH as well as the specialty distribution facility in Nashville TN. Kayln has also worked in Talent Management, HR Services and Talent Acquisition.  

Kayln currently lives in Columbus with her husband and daughter and is an avid reader and runner.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
