Monthly Educational Workshop: Supporting Others Through Grief

Witnessing another person’s grief can be a challenging experience. While we know that someone has experienced a significant loss, we may not know or feel confident in how to support them. What do I say? Do I say anything at all? Will my words or actions remind them of their loss? Will I make things worse?

Please join us for an evening of grief education and reflection to step beyond, “I’m here for you if you need anything.” Participants will learn practical strategies to support others through grief as well as ways to compassionately care for themselves.
