At this session, Brent Wallace with ProLink Staffing, will provide you tips and tools for Winning the War for Talent. Brent will discuss market insights plus effective strategies for attracting, hiring and retaining talent in a competitive market.

About the Speaker
Brent joined ProLink in late 2016 as the Regional Director of Operations for the Columbus, Cleveland and Pittsburgh markets. He started his career in Cleveland, OH as a skilled trade Recruiter and Account Manager in 2003 for a large fortune 500 staffing firm. In 2005 he moved to Columbus, OH as an Account Executive to grow the Professional Services line of business in the Central Ohio Market. In order to further his passion for learning and growth, Brent joined one of the largest publicly held IT and Finance & Accounting Staffing firms in 2011. In 2012 he moved into a leadership role within this organization. From 2012-2016 he was tasked to build, grow, lead multiple sales teams and field office operations. Across his long career in the industry, he has had the opportunity to lead teams, oversee multiple offices, and most recently a run large market spanning from Ohio to Indiana.

Currently, He resides in the Columbus area with his wife and two children. He and his family are active in their local community, various organizations and youth sports associations. Brent enjoys spending time with his family, friends, staying healthy, and reading for personal and professional growth. He has a dedication to constantly developing his team, business, his family and himself.
