The Dublin Chamber of Commerce Lunch & Learn Series is designed to offer you professional counsel on a variety of topics of interest to businesses. Sessions feature local business experts who are available to share tips, offer professional guidance and answer questions. These valuable sessions are from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and include lunch.

At this session, Karen Stabile from the Alber Enterprise Center at The Ohio State University will discuss, "Want to Grow Your Business? Start Focusing on the Customer Experience."

About the speaker
Karen is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach and a Certified Advanced Life Coach. She brings a unique business perspective based on 14 years of professional retail visual, operational, and management experience to coaching.  As a Visual Designer, she transitioned to Manager of Store Operations, influencing teams and working directly with managers and corporate individuals as well. The highlight of her retail career was developing individuals and teams.

Her love for people and development on a personal and professional level piqued her to ask, "What else could life become and how can I create a life with a deeper purpose?"  The coaching profession - specifically, helping those in leadership to tap into their God-given talent, was where she landed. Karen has been described as an intuitive, knowledgeable, and inspiring coach/consultant.

When not coaching or sharing in a workshop, Karen can be found walking or biking the metro park with her husband. Her faith is first, her family running close behind, and then inspiring others to impact the world,this is at the core of everything she does.
