Energy, Attitude & Leadership: How Are YOU Showing Up?
Presented by Natalie Siston, Small Town Leadership
How well do you handle what is thrown at you on a daily basis? How would you like to react with less stress, greater resilience and deeper connection? Depending on what’s going on in a given day—whether really fun or really stressful - you are likely showing up and displaying a different attitude to those around you. Learn how you can take positive, productive & sustainable action to show up in the best way possible. During this interactive workshop, we dive into the concept of Energy Leadership™, which is the process that helps you evaluate your personal leadership and introduces shifts to make in order to positively influence not only yourself, but also those you work and interact with, as well as your organization as a whole.
Invitation vs. Challenge
Presented by Bryan Driscoll, Driscoll Learning
Join us for a fun interactive presentation where you will meet and learn about the other members in the Leadership Academy. We’ll start by determining your behavior style and those of the other professionals in the room. You will learn how to relate to those who are similar to or different from you as a big part of leadership is the level of health and productivity we have with our colleagues. It is about finding the balance between invitation connecting and challenge results.
Leadership and Civic Engagement
Q&A with Jefferson Award for Public Service honoree Greg Forbes Siegman
The Silhouette Man tells the story of a young professional’s unlikely emergence as a leader in his community and his commitment to volunteerism. After reading the book, you’ll have a chance to participate in a Q&A with the author, Greg Siegman, to learn more about his story and consider its application to your own efforts to serve and lead in your community.
How to be More Creative in the Work Force
Presented by Jim Stevenson, President, Co-Founder, International Center for Creativity Think a little more outside of the box! This session with Jim Stevenson will spark interest in young professionals on how to refrain from sticking with their same routine and modernize their creativity in their workplace. This session will challenge your creative thinking skills and will allow you to inject creativity into your own leadership practices.
Are You Built to Lead?
Presented by Andrew Teitelbaum, Built to Lead
The cornerstone of leadership is credibility. Do others believe in you? Do they think you have what it takes to lead them? Do you believe in yourself? This session will help you identify your strengths through Gallup’s online talent assessment and develop your values, your passions, and the visions and dreams you have for your life and your career.
The Components of an Extraordinary Leader
Michael Castelli, Senior Sales & Operations Executive Revenue & Profit Growth Specialist

What is the proper way to provide direction, counseling, and guidance? What really motivates people? It’s a presentation that is built on a foundation of experience and real-life scenarios and is intended to stimulate your thought process while encouraging you to think outside of the box.
