Later in her career, Lisa found a new passion - teaching clients the power of being a purpose-driven organization. An organization that creates a culture where employees want to work and can effectively sell through an aligned purpose. Lisa developed several of these tools and various award-winning solutions at LaineGabriel, a marketing communications firm she founded with Jim Brown in 2006. In 2021, she joined forces with Adam McCampbell to form The Relevant Workplace. In the same year, Lisa became a trusted predictive index certified partner, specializing in talent optimization.
