Understanding Behavior - Learn Why Employees Behave The Way They Do
In today's ever-changing business landscape, business owners and HR professionals ask, "How Do We Stay Relevant As An Organization?"
Adam McCampbell and Lisa Miller teach the components of a Relevant Workplace - a framework developed to connect your purpose to your business and people strategy. They will focus specifically on the people component and show four vital human drives and how understanding these human drives help meet the needs of employees and co-workers. The interplay between drives and needs allows to improve communication and collaboration, build effective teams, hire and retain the best talent and enhance workplace culture.
Why should you attend?- Gain self awareness

Lisa Miller has heard it all in her career as a top marketing entrepreneur for the last 25 years. An organization that creates a culture where employees want to work and can effectively sell through an aligned purpose. Lisa developed several of these tools and various award-winning solutions at LaineGabriel, a marketing communications firm she founded with Jim Brown in 2006. An Inc. 5000 company, their most notable clients include Mercy Health, OhioHealth, Nationwide Insurance, Big Lots, Bob Evans, Scentsy and Mount Carmel Health.
