Join us on August 11 for lunch as we discuss employee engagement and retention. “Employee Retention and Engagement" have been priorities for Human Resources Professionals for many years.
And with the post-Covid "Great Resignation" or great reshuffle in full vigor, H.R. Professionals are finding data driven solutions to the challenge.
Attorney Eric M. Smith, Vice President of Human Resources for Stanley Steemer International, Inc., will share his findings from a series of multi-year retention studies that replaced retention myths with their relational retention model “Be T.R.U.E. to your Crew”.
If the question is "what is the best thing we can do to retain and engage our employees?", the answer is "give them a great boss!" Learn about the Stanley Steemer approach to this important business issue.
We'd also like to thank Heritage Golf Club for their generous sponsorship of this event!
