Eric M. Smith, Esq. is the Vice President of Human Resources for Stanley Steemer International, Inc. headquartered in Dublin, Ohio. Eric has over thirty-five years of experience in various management and executive capacities in both Human Resources and Finance and Accounting.
A native of Ohio, Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University. He completed his Juris Doctor at Capital University Law School. He is a licensed Attorney in the State of Ohio and Member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
As Stanley Steemer’s top human resources officer, Eric is responsible for providing strategic direction for the company’s human resource initiatives, including developing human resources policies, practices and processes responsive to the current and future needs of the organization. He leads a team of experts in organizational development, leadership development, compensation and benefits, recruiting and staffing, and human resource information systems.
Allison Yoakam, senior resources business partner at Stanley Steemer International, Inc. earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton and her master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida. She holds both professional in human resources (PHR) and SHRM certified professional (SHRM-CP) certifications. Ms. Yoakam has close to 10 years of HR experience at Stanley Steemer guiding managers across the country through various HR topics, such as employee relations and leadership and management development initiatives.
Chantal Allen, senior human resources at Stanley Steemer International, Inc. is a Florida native. Chantal earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and her master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of West Floria. She holds a SHRM certified professional (SHRM-CP) certification, and a Workplace D, E & I certification from the University of South Florida. Chantal has nearly 10 years of HR experience and specializes in organizational development, leadership development and coaching.Date and Time
