HR Executive Council Meeting

The Human Resources Executive Council is comprised of HR executives in our community who come together every other month during lunch to network and discuss the most urgent HR needs and issues in the community. Meetings are held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and lunch will be provided to all attendees.

At this meeting, attendees will get the opportunity to hear from four special guest speakers including:

• Jim Blazer from the Strategic Direction Department of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation will talk about current and future workers' compensation changes in Ohio.
• Rejeana Woolum-Napier from CompManagement will talk about potential cost reduction workers' compensation options for your business.
• Jeremiah Gracia and Michael Clarey from the City of Dublin who will collect your feedback and complete a live survey on your current and projected workforce development needs. You will learn about the workforce development programs and resources available today, and find out how your information will be used to create future programs. This interactive presentation will also provide you a forum to learn about best practices being utilized at other Dublin organizations.
