About the speakers:
Jessica Young serves as an Associate HR Business Partner for EmPower HR, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Jessica has over 8 years of progressive HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Operational Leadership experience.  Jessica provides strategic HR solutions for organizations and clients in a variety of industries including marketing/creative, financial services, technology, manufacturing, non-profit, transportation, dental and medical. Jessica is a proud graduate of the University of Louisville and is a Society for HR Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Molly Hobstetter, (SHRM-CP) serves as an Business Partner for EmPower HR in the Columbus, OH market.  Molly has over 15 years of progressive HR experience in the areas of Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and Legal Compliance.  She has experience providing HR strategic solutions for organizations within the transportation, warehousing, and medical sales industries.  Molly holds a Bachelors Degree from Ohio State.
