Membership Policy
For the Dublin Chamber of Commerce

ARTICLE I
 
GENERAL PROVISIONS
 
Section 1.1
 
The membership policies set forth herein are established for the Dublin Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter "the Chamber") and all of its programs, including the NextGen Dublin. Any reference to the Chamber in the policies encompasses the NextGen program and any other program created by the Chamber.
 
ARTICLE II
 
PROGRAMS AND EVENTS
 
Section 2.1
 
All Chamber members and non-members that attend Chamber events do so solely at your own risk.
 
Section 2.2
 
The Chamber is not responsible for the safety any individual or the safety of the venue where the events are held. The Chamber is not responsible for any actions of its members or non-members at the Chamber events and /or after the event.
 
Section 2.3
 
The Chamber staff shall not be liable for any damages of any kind including consequential or incidental damages occurring at Chamber events.
 
Section 2.4
 
The Chamber reserves the right to contact the proper authorities regarding criminal or illegal activity at Chamber events.
 
Section 2.5
 
The Chamber is not responsible for validating proof of age or security at any Chamber events or any events held by a Chamber program.
 
Section 2.6
 
Consumption of alcoholic beverages in excess may be harmful to your health. The Chamber does not in any manner encourage or endorse such consumption and disclaims any liability with respect to the use of information provided through this service.

WEBSITE& PUBLICATIONS
 
Section 3.1
 
All information posted on the Chamber and NextGen websites or contained in the Dublin Chamber News or eNews (hereinafter the "News") are property of the Chamber.
 
Section 3.2
 
The Chamber does not guarantee the security of the information posted on their websites.
 
Section 3.3
 
Unless expressly stated on the Chamber or NextGen websites or the News, you should assume that all content, images and materials appearing on the websites or in the News are the sole property of the Chamber.

Site visitors, by using this site, agree to the terms above and understand that these terms are subject to change without notice. Site visitors and members of the Chamber and /or NextGen agree to keep themselves informed on these terms and any future revisions posted within this page or any future page that replaces or supplements this page.

Information provided on the websites or in the News are "as is" with no warranties of any kind. The Chamber reserves the right to cancel an event at any time for any reason. If an event is canceled, the Chamber or its program hosting the event may or may not choose to refund payments associated with the event.

The Chamber reserves the right to photograph individuals at Chamber events and post the pictures on the website or in the News or in any printed publications. By attending Chamber events there is a possibility that your picture may be included on our website, the News or used elsewhere.

The Chamber does not ensure the accuracy of content posted on the web sites. This Service is available "as is." The Chamber does not warrant that this Service will be uninterrupted or errorfree. There may be delays, omissions, interruptions, and inaccuracies in the news, information, or other materials available through this Service.

I understand that membership in the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and / or NextGen constitutes my express invitation of permission for the Dublin Chamber of Commerce to transmit by telephone facsimile to the number(s) I've provided, e-mail, text message or written materials, including but not limited to those relating to property, goods, services, events, meetings or notices, and the availability thereof. I also agree to abide by the Chamber's Bylaws. Benefits and dues are subject to change without notice. The information you provide will be used for Chamber communications, and business promotion through the Chamber's and NextGen membership directory, referral program and web site.
 
ARTICLE IV
 
Section 4.1
 
The Chamber reserves the right to modify the terms of the Membership Policies of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce at any time.
