Colleen M. Gilger, CEcD, Economic Development Manager
Colleen has served the City’s economic development office since 2003 and its community relations office from 1997 to 2003. She leads the City’s economic development initiatives and has helped build many of the City’s economic development incentives and broadband programs. In addition, she has well-established relationships and networks in the regional business, real estate and development communities. Colleen holds the designation of Certified Economic Developer (CEcD), a national recognition that denotes a mastery of principal skills in economic development, professional attainment and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Michael A. Clarey, Economic Development Administrator
Michael joined the economic development team in 2011 to expand the City’s retention, expansion and business/jobs attraction programs. Prior to joining the City of Dublin, Michael worked for the Ohio Department of Development as a business development manager in the Strategic Business Investment Division. Michael is especially passionate about Dublin’s dedication to supporting the growth of young companies and entrepreneurs.

Jeremiah L. Gracia, Economic Development Administrator
Jeremiah joined the Economic Development team in 2011 to focus on business retention and expansion programs and initiatives. He works closely with internal and external development partners to coordinate and facilitate development projects in the City. Prior to joining the City of Dublin, Jeremiah worked for the Findlay-Hancock County economic development team in Findlay, Ohio for five years. He is a board member for the Ohio Economic Development Association, Deal Flow Assessment Committee (DFAC) for TechColumbus, and a member of the International Economic Development Council. 614.410.4655
