    You're invited to join us for the Sales Connection Breakfast Series, typically held the first Friday of each month from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, 129 S. High St. in historic Dublin. At each breakfast, a special guest speaker will join us to discuss a topic of great importance to the professional growth of sales professionals. Topics may include sales training, sales management, and all aspects of the sales pipeline including prospecting, cold calling, relationship building and closing.

    At this session, Roy Waterhouse, president of Hopkins Printing, will discuss "Lean Sales: More Results with Less Energy!"

    Roy Waterhouse is the President of Hopkins Printing, an employee owned printing company serving Central Ohio for over 40 years. Hopkins Printing has for over a decade embraced lean thinking to improve speed and quality without increasing price. About 5 years ago Roy went through a life change that forced him to find a better way to sell and to help the entire team improve their sales. Lean sales is the outcome of integrating lean principles into the sales team.
     
    This presentation will share how Lean, a breakthrough manufacturing methodology, can be used to streamline your sales approach and get more results with less energy. Lean sales will allow you to improve how you serve your customers while using less energy so you can find and help even more customers.
