Cindi is a seasoned entrepreneur, esteemed business advisor, and coach with a remarkable track record. Having founded several startups and achieved a successful exit, Cindi brings a wealth of experience to the business realm. Her expertise extends to serving on both for-profit and non-profit boards, showcasing a keen understanding of strategic leadership.

As a seasoned angel investor, Cindi is particularly passionate about empowering women business owners, reflecting a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Actively immersed in the Columbus Startup Community, she has cultivated a strong network and holds an active membership in the Angel Capital Association.

Cindi’s connections with VC and angel groups across the U.S. underscore their dedication to fostering innovation and supporting emerging ventures.

Cindy Powell is a highly accomplished C-Level executive with deep expertise in the insurance industry in both start-up and large company environments. Cindy is considered a visionary, strategic leader, board member and advisor who provides objective support to executive management on ideation, mission-critical initiatives, and implementation.

Amy Hookway Amy Hookway is currently a resident of Upper Arlington, Ohio. is a semi-retired CPA, former CFO and Financial Controller.  A graduate of The Ohio State University with a BA in Political Science.  Joining multiple generations of public servants in her family, Amy served as a county commissioner and on city council.  Amy is a feminist, politically astute and has been an angel investor since 2016.
