In this discussion\, Kelly will share some ideas on how culture can become an objective target and one that\, when pursued diligently\, can have amazing results even without a disaster.\n\n \n\nFor the past 35 years\, Kelly Moran has been a leader at the Gordon Flesch Company and within the office technology industry. After earning his degree in Business Administration and Management with a Minor in Marketing from Marquette University\, Kelly joined GFC in 1984.\n\n\n\nHe rose to become a Sales Manager and Branch Manager before earning the title of Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2007. In 2015\, Kelly took on his current position as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he is responsible for developing and driving GFC's sales values and productivity. Within the industry he has served for the past 5 years on the Dealer Advisory Council for the Lexmark Corporation. GFC is one of 12 dealers who represent more than 300 Business Solutions Dealers in the United States.
