In his presentation, Andy will share how he built a documented system from the ground up for their sales division to ensure predictable future growth for ASG which includes penetrating some of the world’s largest companies to earn their business. Andy has demonstrated his keen business acumen at a level few have and has helped create a culture that has made ASG a place that attracts the very best in their industry.

Since joining the family business in 2009, Andy has made it his mission to take Advance Sign Group to the next level and through his national sales efforts, tripled sales in his first seven years and doubled those numbers in years following that. Transforming ASG from a local family business to a national powerhouse in the B2B sign industry has further advanced the company’s standing, allowing the creation of jobs and attracting top-level talent.
Since joining ASG, Andy has:
- Grown the workforce from less than 28 full-time associates to over 50, with over 3,000 contractors nationwide in 13 offices, completing 150 projects per month in all 50 states.
- Overseen the sales and development of over $100+MM with over 9,000 signs manufactured right here in Columbus and installed across North America.
- Implemented a dedicated in-house sign maintenance division that dispatches over 3,000 service calls a year and is growing.
- Set company sales records by developing new product lines and growing the customer base while selling through COVID, allowing ASG to retain their talent and continue its upward growth trajectory.
