The duties, requirements, compensation and availability for this position are listed below:
    Duties:
    • Open/Work/Close Help Desk Tickets
    • Answer incoming support calls and emails
    • Desktop/Laptop Support
      • Install/Configure Windows 7/8/10 workstations
      • Migrate data
      • Troubleshoot/Resolve Hardware Issues
      • Troubleshoot/Resolve Software Issues
    • Basic Network Support
      • Troubleshoot/Resolve Network Issues
      • Setup Devices (Firewalls, Switches, Wireless Access Points, Printers) on Network
    • Basic Server Support
      • Create/Disable User Accounts
      • Create/Disable User Mailboxes
      • Reset Passwords
    Requirements:
    • 2+ years of experience working at a Help Desk
    • A+ Certification (or equivalent)

    Availability: Start immediately
