Dublin Education Foundation
Founded in 1999 by the Dublin Business Advisory Council in cooperation with Dublin City Schools, the Dublin Education Foundation supports philanthropic and educational endeavors that strengthen and enrich the educational community of Dublin City Schools by:
1. Organizing and operating exclusively for educational purposes;
2. Providing financial assistance for educational programs and projects;
3. Providing financial assistance in support of curricular and extra curricular activities; and
4. Raising funds in any manner permitted by law for support of its activities.
Grants from the Dublin Education Foundation are determined by its Board of Trustees. Board members are elected to three-year terms and responsible for prudent review of funding requests.
The Dublin Education Foundation is comprised of members from throughout the Dublin Schools area, including:
• Members of the Dublin Board of Education
• PTO President from a Dublin City School
• Dublin City School teacher
• Dublin City School administrator
• The Dublin Foundation
• Dublin business community
• Dublin community-at-large
